Jumana is the Kingdom’s first public private partnership (PPP) agreement with the Ministry of Housing to provide social and affordable homes for Bahraini citizens. The Jumana project includes over 2,800 social and affordable villas, town houses and apartments. The location is the perfect choice for Bahraini families looking for a peaceful, quiet and new location to build their nest egg and ultimately own the home of their dreams. Al Madina Al Shamaliya is expected to become one of Bahrain’s biggest and newest residential areas for Bahrain’s population.

The masterplan has been designed to incorporate open areas, gardens, commercial and retail space as well as important amenities that cover health, education and mosques. The majority of the villas sit along the seafront of the island offering spectacular views of the open Arabian Gulf Sea. In total there are 165 villas divided into two types, comprising of detached homes and semi attached villas (townhouses). They all include:

  • Spaces for future expansion

The 202 apartments range from 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, from 117 to 235 square meters of living space. All the apartment include:
