Agreement to Develop Madinat Khalifa

Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairperson of Eskan Bank, and Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, Chief Executive Officer of Naseej, signed an agreement to develop the Madinat Khalifa Project under the Government Land Development Rights Programme, on the sidelines of the Innovation Summit and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector 2026

An Integrated Community 

Naseej will undertake the design, financing, construction, marketing, and sale of residential units, alongside the delivery of supporting infrastructure. The project will expand housing supply, enhance homeownership opportunities for citizens, and deliver an integrated, sustainable residential community aligned with Bahrain’s national housing objectives
