With construction works moving slightly ahead of schedule

Naseej has announced that construction work on its residential housing project BASATEEN has reached 93%, a percentage record that is slightly ahead of planned construction timelines. The construction team has been successful in maintaining construction schedules with tighter control over work flows given a challenging time. The team at Naseej has paid special attention to avoiding any delays that can arise as a direct cause of the Corona Virus as well as the current economic downturn.
On this occasion, Mr. Ahmed Al Hammadi, General Manager of Naseej, said: “We are pleased to announce that our project BASATEEN has achieved 93% project completion and we are very excited to foresee its completion in the next few months. Our promised date of handover is December end 2020, and we remain committed to achieving this goal.”
Naseej has undoubtingly faced some difficult challenges along the way, but has also ensured that it has delivered on its strategic plans as well as making some contingency plans to overcome any negative effects that arose given market conditions.
Maintaining strict health & safety measures onsite has also been key to safeguarding the professional teams as well as the working teams. Tighter control measures have been put into place with regards to workplace hygiene, sanitization and social distancing of workers at all times; such measures have been enforced to combat the spread of the Corona-virus while keeping everyone safe at all times, and ensuring that the project progresses as planned.
