BOARD MEMBERS VISIT CANALVIEW

Naseej’s board members along with senior executive management teams visited CanalView’s site at Dilmunia in January 2020. The purpose of the site visit was to view overall project progress with respect to construction milestones and delivery timeframes.

During the site visit, Mr. Roy Sullivan, Head of Construction at Naseej briefed the board members and senior management officials on overall progress and noted that the Project was progressing well and approaching 50% of project completion in February 2020.

Mr. Sullivan also spoke about individual progress made at Basement levels, parking, service areas, podium and upper levels, which were all progressing positively. As for lower, and upper retail areas, excellent progress was also seen with the buildings taking their shape and form.
Mr. Sullivan also confirmed that the superstructures of the four main towers were complete and that preparation works for cladding and aluminum fixtures were underway specifically on Tower A. Given this, the final shape and form of CanalView will start to be seen in the coming few weeks.
Apart from overall site progress, Mr. Roy also gave a brief on the progress made on CanalView’s show apartment, a model mock-up of an apartment in tower A, for the purpose of customer viewing which is due to be completed by April 2020. The show apartment will be made available for prospective customers to view the apartment and get a feel about size, layout, finishing and most importantly the views that CanalView has to offer overlooking the spectacular canal, waterfall and dancing fountains.

At the end of the site visit, Mr. Roy together with fellow working teams confirmed they remain committed to completing the project by December 2020.
