Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, Chief Executive of Naseej, has overseen a portfolio of real estate and development projects valued at over USD620m, comprising over 3,000 units, in addition to several developments currently under development and in the pipeline.
In 2017, Naseej completed Bahrain’s first and largest Public-Private Partnership Project with the government of Bahrain (The Ministry of Housing), successfully delivering over 2,600 social and affordable homes with integrated infrastructure to Bahraini citizens .
Naseej’s portfolio also includes several landmark developments such as Nasayim Arad — a sustainable and smart villa community — CanalView at Dilmunia Island, the Bahrain Investment Oasis, Basateen Villas, Yasmeenat Saar Villas, and Jumana’s affordable housing project.⁩
