Naseej’s flagship PPP with the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning

In a pioneering move for Bahrain's housing sector, Naseej became the first private sector company to enter into a public-private partnership (PPP) with the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning, setting a new benchmark for collaboration between government and private enterprise. Under this landmark agreement, Naseej was mandated to design and deliver over 2,685 social and affordable homes with fully integrated infrastructure across Islands 13 and 14 in Madinat Salman and Al Luwzi's District. Valued at approximately BD170 million, the project held significant national importance and played a vital role in advancing Bahrain's affordable housing agenda.
